Problem statement. An important condition for the effective training of future specialists in information, library and archival affairs is use interactive didactic methods during classes. One common lecture method, which today should acquire features an lecture, its ensure quality professional communicative competence professionals information field as integral part their professionalism. The proposed study relevant because able to increase students’ motivation learn, comprehensively contributes solving problem improving training, further competitiveness modern labor market.
 methodology this includes analysis (study documentary — educational program, curricula; methodological complexes disciplines), selection terms individual systematization (bringing results into a certain system).
 result determine importance using different types lectures (lectures with planned mistakes, lectures-conferences, lectures-excursions) provide practical advice teachers.
